Anitta informed that she will no longer perform at the Coachella 2025 festival, one of the most important in the world. The singer took fans by surprise when she announced the cancellation of her shows on April 12th and 19th. “I was very anxious, but due to unexpected personal reasons, I will not be able to perform,” she wrote.
The statement was made via X on Thursday night (20). “I was really looking forward to being at Coachella this year, but due to unexpected personal reasons, I will not be able to perform. I am extremely grateful to the festival for the invitation, understanding and continued support.”
“I hope to have the opportunity to join you in the future and share this special moment together”, added Anitta, without giving further details. The artist had already performed at the event in April 2022.
After the singer’s announcement, fans speculated the reason for the cancellation. Some internet users questioned whether Bang’s voice had any serious personal problems.

Without Anitta, DJs Alok and Vintage Culture will be the only Brazilians at the festival, which takes place in California, in the United States. The shows are scheduled for April 11th, 12th, 18th and 19th.
