Argentine pop divas teamed up on the single ‘Blackout’
Emilia continues exploring funk in her musical journey. This time, the singer fused Brazilian beats with merengue in the single “Blackout”. For her new song, she called on the trinity of Argentine pop divas: in addition to her, singers Tini and Nicki Nicole also participate in the song.
The mix of hot rhythms is accompanied by lyrics about empowerment and a cinematic clip.
“Blackout” was released last Tuesday (25). This is the second single from Emilia’s new project, which started with the song “Bunda”, a partnership with Luísa Sonza. During Carnival, the Argentinean was in Brazil to promote the song and performed in a box in Sapucaí and on the reality show “Big Brother Brasil”.
Emilia and Sonza’s partnership became a success in Latin America, in addition to being highlighted in Brazil, it conquered the charts in Uruguay and Argentina. On the Billboard Argentina Hot 100, for example, “Bunda” reached 3rd place on the chart.
