Track features intense new verses sung by Chris Martin
The popular Netflix series, “Arcane”, has re-released a single to continue promoting its second season. It is a new version of the song “Ma Meilleure Ennemie (Feat. Pomme)”, by Belgian artist Stromae, with the collaboration of Coldplay.
This extended recording includes the unique vocals of Chris Martin, complementing the already striking presence of Stromae and Pomme. The original version had already been featured on the soundtrack of the second season of “Arcane”, a production based on the universe of the game League of Legends.
In this new interpretation, Martin sings expressive lines such as: “I love you and I hate you” and “You know you make me want to run away, but you also make me want to stay”. To accompany the release, a lyric video was produced, integrating these intense lyrics with scenes from the animation, which ended its second season addressing the tensions between the characters Jinx and Vi.
