Lady Gaga is one of the main attractions of the festival
Coachella 2025 is just around the corner. The event, which is one of the world’s leading music festivals, resumes its activities this Friday (11) and takes place on Sunday (13). The schedule resumes next week, with a second batch of the same shows.
Among the main names at the 2025 edition of Coachella are Lady Gaga with the big headliner Missy Elliott, Charli XCX, Megan Thee Stallion, as well as BLACKPINK members Lisa and Jennie in solo performances.
For the audience watching from home, the event organizers will broadcast the shows on their official YouTube channel.
The 24th edition of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival kicks off this Friday (11) at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, and runs until April 20, with performances spread over two weekends.
Among the highlights of the 2025 line-up are Lady Gaga, Green Day and Post Malone, scheduled to headline on the 11th, 12th and 13th, respectively.
The first night will feature Lady Gaga as the main attraction. This will be her second time on the Coachella stage — the first was in 2017, when she replaced Beyoncé at the last minute. Now, the artist returns with the tour of her recently released album “Mayhem”, which will also be used as the basis for the show she will perform at Copacabana Beach, in Rio de Janeiro, in May. On the same day, names such as Missy Elliott, Marina, Tyla, Parcels, Benson Boone, Vintage Culture and Artemas will take to the stage.
The festival will also feature major acts throughout the weekend, such as Green Day, Travis Scott, Charli XCX, The Original Misfits, Megan Thee Stallion, Clairo, Kraftwerk, The Prodigy, Sam Fender, beabadoobee, Alok, Arca and CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso. The band Weezer was confirmed at the last minute for the first weekend, while Ed Sheeran will be on the lineup for the second stage. On the other hand, FKA Twigs canceled her participation due to visa issues, and Anitta left the line-up citing personal reasons.
Created after a Pearl Jam concert in 1993, Coachella has hosted legends such as Beyoncé, Paul McCartney, Jay-Z, Kanye West and Prince. In 2023, the headliners were Bad Bunny, Blackpink, Frank Ocean and Blink-182. This year, the event promises another memorable edition for music fans around the world.
